Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy for any reason with the products that you have purchased, you can return them for exchange or refund within 30 days from receipt of order. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, merchandise must be in original condition - unworn and unwashed.

Please note that sale items are final and may not be refunded or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.

In the case of a return, if a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.

We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements listed above. We are not able to cover lost, stolen or missing packages. 

Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at

In the case of an Exchange, please allow up to 20 business days for your item to reach us and your new item to arrive at your shipping destination.

At this time, we are unable to accept merchandise purchased online for exchange or refund at any store location, including Rise Dispensaries.
